Working with
displaced worship furnishings is a very important part of our service.
Churches who are purchasing new furnishings may be building a completely new
building or they may be remodeling the interior of an existing building.
In either case, they most often have existing furnishings that they would like
to remove.
We also come in contact
with many new, young congregations looking for inexpensive seating. It is
a pleasure to be able to connect the two parties. We can advise the
original owner of the condition and value of the old pews. We can refer
the newcomer to a seller. Generally, arrangements are made for the
purchaser to pick up the furnishings from the seller and to install the
furnishings in their worship area.
While we can advise a
"reasonable" price for used pews, it is totally the seller's
responsibility to set the price for their pews.
We have worked with many churches in this capacity. It is a service we
delightfully provide to our customers.
